However, the rich, buttery texture and flavor of lobster coupled with the asian spices of Singapore calls out for a Gewurztraminer.
Not high in acid, this wine will enhance and heighten the flavors of the spices as well as compliment the creaminess of the Lobster.
Who knew? Honestly, I am dying to try this for myself.
